Sun Beach House was built in the 1920’s after WW1 when Captain Coldicott bought considerable parts of farmland to the south of Middleton Rd up to and including land adjacent to the sea front.
He had a vision to create a well laid out residential village community and built some particularly attractive houses overlooking the sea along Sea Way with gorgeous and captivating views
Sun Beach House has been improved and extended over the years but still enjoys the original magnificent views over the sea from over 100 years ago.
SKYE BAR
The most recent development took place during the covid pandemic when the second floor bedroom and front entrance hallway was added along with the very enticing “Skye Bar” named after the current owners black labrador who was especially and exceptionally happy when lying in the sun in the garden overlooking the sea and barking at anyone walking past!
CROWS NEST
At the same time, the loft space was converted to an outstandingly impressive fifth bedroom aptly named the “Crows Nest” which has the best views with 180 degree panoramas
