The Skye Bar has bi-fold doors to 2 sides opening up to the sea views and the garden.Ideal for eating Al Fresco in the summer or more intimate night time occasions.Complete with bar , fridge,wi-fi and Smart TV the possibilities are endless
Whether it be for chilling ,dining working or partying.The space also boasts dimmable lighting and heating
HOT TUB
The perfect place to relax whilst taking in the sea views or under the stars at night.
Comfortably accommodating 6 it is the perfect place for enjoying a drink(please use the plastic glasses provided!)
OUTSIDE FURNITURE
We have an enormous outside teak wooden dining table with 10 armchairs for dining sensible located immediately outside the kitchen. Sunloungers for lying out ,cushioned and adjustable.
LANDSCAPED GARDEN
Fully enclosed and cleverly designed to reflect the seascape the garden provides an ideal space for spending lazy days in the sunshine.
OUTSIDE SHOWER
Close to the hot tub this is so handy after a brisk dip in the sea to warm up and blast away the salt and sand

At the front there is plenty of space to park 5 cars and also an EV charging point

Planned and arranged to make cooking fun and as easy as possible the kitchen is not only a practical space to cook and entertain but also a social space to gather all whilst being able to enjoy the seascape and garden vista.The bean to cup Siemens coffee making machine is the go to appliance for a frothy cappuccino or a strong double espresso
WHISKY/DINING ROOM
Well located adjacent to the kitchen this room has a dining table at one end and a group soft seating area the other.
Appropriately known as the “whisky room” it is ideal for playing board games, watching TV (if you have been outvoted by those in the lounge) or just for conversation.
LOUNGE
The main feature of this room is the large (78”) TV. Coupled with a Bose sound bar this makes for a great viewing experience whether it be Netflix, Sky Sports or whatever you fancy.Comfortably seating 8 people and with the additional benefit of a woodburning stove there are few better places to snuggle down when the wind and rain are blowing along the coast outside
