We have access to your data once you book online through our website and we also have access to your data when you book through a booking site.

We also collect data when you make an enquiry or direct booking by phone, email, text or otherwise.

Online bookings

We use a third-party service provider called SuperControl (SuperControl Ltd.) to process our online bookings.  You can read SuperControl’s privacy statement to understand how they process the information you supply when you complete an online booking.

Data we collect

When you make an enquiry, booking or subscribe to our newsletters, the data collected by us may include your name, address, contact details, numbers in your party, holiday dates, date the booking was made, how payment will be / was made.

The information we collect is used for the purposes of responding to your enquiry and is managed in line with our GDPR Data Retention Policy. Additionally, we will retain this information as required by law, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
