A perfect break
Sun Beach House was the perfect getaway. The property provided everything we could possibly have needed and to a very high standard. The whole experience, from booking to departure, was seamless. Every member of staff was a pleasure to deal with and nothing has been too much trouble. I cannot recommend highly enough!
What a house!
We have just stayed at Sun Beach House for a family weekend to celebrate my Mum’s 80th Birthday. The location is spectacular, only metres from the beach with fantastic sea views. The house itself is stunning; beautifully decorated, spacious & well equipped with lots of really nice touches – it felt like the owners have thought of everything.
Birthday Weekend
8 ladies spent the weekend at the most beautiful gorgeous place we have ever stayed at. The attention to details was amazing.The bedrooms were fabulous and everything was high quality. The downstairs space gave us loads of room to be together or to take some time to relax. The outside bar is a great addition to the house fabulous to have fun then get in the hot tub. The whole area is great, we all want to come back
Amazing Holiday House
3 generations of us loved this house. Straight out the gate to the beach, Summer house to watch the game, kids in the hot tub glorious kitchen to prep and socialise and cosy living rooms. To be honest, a week isnt enough to to try out all this house has to offer. So welcoming and well equipped we couldnt ask for more. Just wish it was a secret so we can book in again.

We have just stayed at Sun Beach House for a family weekend to celebrate my Mum’s 80th Birthday. The location is spectacular, only metres from the beach with fantastic sea views. The house itself is stunning; beautifully decorated, spacious & well equipped with lots of really nice touches – it felt like the owners have thought of everything. We were lucky with the weather for October too – spending time in the outside garden room, in the hot tub, walking along the beach to the beachside cafe and we even braved a swim in the sea. Middleton-on-Sea is a great location, with a regular train service to London Victoria and Gatwick airport only a 15 minute drive away at Barnham station, which made it very easy for our family to join us from London and from Cork. Would thoroughly recommend – a weekend of pure luxury.

We had an amazing stay at Sun beach House. The property is really well maintained and high quality. Everything you need is available. Already looking forward to our next visit in July!!
Family Christmas Break
We had a really lovely stay over the Christmas period with all of our family and the house was perfect. Fully stocked with all the cutlery and crockery you need to entertain for a family of 10. The rooms are all beautifully decorated and the beds are all super comfy. Would definitely return.
Exceptional property
Had an amazing time so peace full and relaxing hearing the sea and easy access to the sea front where you could walk for miles very dog friendly with a beautiful large enclosed garden The house is made up of lots of unique different rooms plenty of space and extremely comfortable. Did not want to leave looking forward to going back again
Great Stay
This is an amazing property., exceptionally well, decorated, furnished and equipped. With 10 in our party there was still plenty of space for everyone. The beachside location is first class, great to wake up to see the sea and easy access for beach walks and games.

A perfect venue for a fun family weekend. House is immaculate with everything we needed and more. Excellent high-end furnishings and equipment, comfy beds and a beautiful outdoor space for our dogs to explore, in between walks on the beach. Hot tub was an added bonus. Host was quick to respond to our questions and left a lovely welcome pack for us to enjoy. We will return.
